Shipping Information
We provide worldwide shipping for our customers.
All orders are shipped from Singapore using registered mail, which includes a tracking number for your convenience.
Duties and Taxes
For international customers, please note that your items may be subject to your local customs taxes, charges, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping rates. We advise customers to check on their own countries' import tax before making an online purchase.
Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact information, and order details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that arise due to incorrect information. We thank you for your understanding.
Return & Exchange Information
Our return and exchange policy allows you to items within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are in the same condition you received them—unwashed and unused. Make sure to keep all tags and original packaging intact, as they must not be removed for a return or exchange. Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will sent back at the customer's expense or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Please note that all leotard items and tights are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene and sanitary reasons. All sale items, customised items, made-to-order items or items bought on offer are final sale, and not returnable or exchangeable.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned items. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
